All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from Canada (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will also receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Free Shipping Worldwide on orders over $75 with a Tracking number.

Average Worldwide Express Shipping 4-6 Business Days.

USA Shipping

Free Shipping and tracking number over $75. 

Average Canada to USA Express Shipping 3-5 Business days.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

LOVE MAMA’S EARTH is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email or text notification from us which will include a tracking number ( if applicable) you can use to check its status.

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@  Lovemamasearth@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
